Pelvic fracture is a serious injury that carries significant risk of mortality. The cause death in these victims the formation retroperitoneal hematoma and massive bleeding. article presents clinical case pelvic with 30-year-old man who was brought to regional hospital hemorrhagic shock 5 hours after falling from 5th floor. Upon admission, computed tomography (CT) showed rupture pubic joint, multifragmentary sacrum, presence right parts cavity. Despite immobilization transfusion, it not possible stabilize patient's hemodynamics improve parameters general blood analysis. Due clinic active bleeding, patient repeatedly underwent control ultrasound examinations abdominal cavity pleural sinuses, but free fluid could be confirmed only 12 treatment. At emergency laparotomy, found, which spread through space level diaphragmatic crura root small-bowel mesentery relatively thin layer, explained impossibility its visualization by or CT. intensive care measures, over next few days condition gradually worsened, multiple organ failure developed.
